Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For courier deliveries, this period starts 7 days after the delivery notification from the courier has been received.
Backorder Refunds
Products ordered on backorder through our Yoco or Payfast payment gateways will incur a 15% fee of the transaction amount if a refund is required.
Please note that orders placed on backorder can take up to 35 calendar days to arrive in South Africa due to sea shipping times.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received
Unused and unworn
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us on the day of delivery.
For damaged items:
Take three photos from three different angles
Email the images with a description of the damage to info@cleanpv.co.za
Exclusions – Incorrect Use
Refunds and returns do not apply where damage or failure results from incorrect use, misuse, neglect, or operation outside CleanPV’s specified operating and safety requirements, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is to return the original item to the CleanPV factory. Once the return is accepted, a new purchase can be made for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
