Limited Warranty – Water-Fed Poles & Cleaning Equipment

CleanPV warrants to the original purchaser that its water-fed poles and applicable cleaning equipment (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and correct use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Warranty Coverage
During the Warranty Period, should the Product fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, CleanPV will, at its discretion:
Repair the Product, or
Replace the Product with a new, refurbished, or reconditioned unit
The customer or installer is responsible for delivering the Product to the CleanPV factory for inspection and must ensure appropriate goods-in-transit insurance during transport.
Warranty Exclusions – Incorrect Use
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
Insufficient water flow
Operating powered or rotating brushes without water already flowing
Cleaning solar panels that are extremely hot using cold water
Allowing powered brushes to spin stationary in one position
Applying downward pressure beyond the product’s own weight
Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, improper installation, or improper maintenance
Any modification, alteration, or unauthorised repair
Normal wear and tear
Failure to operate the Product in accordance with CleanPV’s Operating Requirements and Safety Guidelines will void this warranty.

Pro-Rata Refund Schedule (If Repair or Replacement Is Not Possible)
If the Product fails during the Warranty Period and cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued on a time-based pro-rata scale, provided the Product has been used correctly.

Example:
If a product purchased for R1000 fails during month 3, the refund amount would be:
R1000 × 70% = R700
Liability Limitation
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. CleanPV shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to solar panels, structures, or loss of income resulting from incorrect use.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
